HHHLL in conjunction with 88 Stitches Fastpitch (Deer Park, LI, NY) is proud to present a series of Fastpitch Softball Pre-Season Clinics starting in March 2025. As the spring seasons for your local little leagues and town ball teams fast approaches, 88 Stitches Fastpitch is offering clinics in both Pitching and Hitting starting in March and proceeding until early April, the start of your spring season. These pre-season clinics are geared towards girls ages 9 through 12 who are looking to develop and increase their softball skill sets in both Pitching and Hitting.

Attached you will find flyers on each clinic as well as a more detailed description of each at the bottom of this email. We encourage all to feel free to pass this on with in your community of Softball friends and local Little Leagues, Rec ball and Town Teams.

Class Descriptions

Hitting Training

Hitting training will be conducted at 88 Stitches Fastpitch in Deer Park on Sunday mornings. They will be 1 hour classes that will put the participants through a series of various stations all designed to improve various parts of a player??s swing, including Hitting Fundamental, Mechanics, Eye/Hand Coordination, Bat Speed, Timing, Power, etc.

The Spring Training Series will be a total of 6 classes on the dates of March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 & April 6^th.  Three different times slots will be provided for you to sign up your daughter and they are 9am, 10am or 11am. A maximum of 16 players per session will be accepted. The cost for the 6-week program is $300 (Cash/Check), $315 (Credit Card/Venmo)

Pitching Training

Training for pitching will be at 88 Stitches Fastpitch in Deer Park on both Saturday & Sunday morning. These classes are geared towards developing the aspiring pitchers that want to master the proper mechanics to throw strikes consistently.

The Spring Training Series will be a total of 6 classes on the dates of March 1/2, 8/9, 15/16, 22/23, 29/30 & April 5/6^th.  Several different times slots will be provided for you to sign up your daughter on Saturday or Sunday mornings. A maximum of 10 players per session will be accepted. The cost for the 6-week program is $300 (Cash/Check), $315 (Credit Card/Venmo)
