Greetings Half Hollow Hills Little League (HHHLL) Membership,
Little League has authorized local leagues to hold their annual election remotely.
For the expressed purposes of electing a Board of Directors for the upcoming season, we will hold nominations and submit ballots electronically in the following time frame.
HHHLL will be using Survey Monkey to collect election results.
Notice of Meeting: 11/2/2024 | Notice and nomination emails sent to members opening nominations to the Board of Directors. If you wish to nominate any individual, please email muraco@mvsmailers.com no later than 11/10/24. |
Nomination Deadline: 11/10/2024 | Nominations to the Board of Directors is closed and a list of nominees will be sent via email to all members. |
Election Ballot: 11/18/2024 | Email is sent to members with a link for an electronic ballot. |
Election Results: 11/29/2024 - Noon | Ballot is closed. Results are shared with membership. |
Board Votes on Position: 11/29/2024 - 8 PM | Board to vote on position and share with membership. |
